the windows in my room had a beautiful view, but they were dirty, which is such a shame! absolutely no water was available for us, and check-in took forever while some people jumped ahead. i expected at least a complimentary bottle or an upgrade for my troubles, but that woudl ve been too much, i suppose.

Family with children budget
The staff here were incredibly nice always making sure we had everything we needed. The hot water system worked just fine and I appreciated the constant supply, not something you get everywhere.
It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly but considering the hospitality I’d say it’s fine enough.
